Even though Cinco  de Mayo—or the fifth of May—commemorates the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the French-Mexican War, it has evolved into a celebration of Mexican traditions and has become one big fiesta! However you decide you to celebrate this festive occasion, here are some things to inspire you to have a FIESTA GRANDE!

I had a teacher in design school that use to say, “trust the flowers to be beautiful.” This is a floral arrangement I received from my husband for my birthday. The color scheme of pinks and purples is one of my favorites.
